Unconscious Bias
Despite our best intentions, most of our decisions are vulnerable to unconscious bias. Detecting our own bias is a challenge, but the right training can help us recognize and reduce its impact.
Innubilus programs help employees understand, recognize, and correct their unconscious biases. The programs are safe and interactive, providing practical tools to reduce bias as supported by research. This training also teaches how to productively give feedback to others when bias may be present.
