Background
“Innubilus” translates to “unclouded, clear” in Latin, and helping clients gain greater clarity has been the inspiration of Leland Barnecut’s 35-year career in human resources development. Innubilus Group has trained thousands worldwide since 2001. Leland draws on global experience and creative flexibility to meet a wide range of organizational needs, training, coaching, and facilitating at all levels in dozens of sectors, twenty-one countries, and three languages.
Leland was previously Senior Vice President of Global Leadership Development at DMB&B, Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Principal at Harbridge House Inc. His academic work includes BA and MA degrees from Stanford University, post-graduate study at El Colegio de Mexico, and 18 months at Brazilian institutions including the University of Sao Paulo. He facilitates programs in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
